About the Role :

We are seeking a skilled Ghostdraft Developer to join our team for a 6-month contract, with the potential for extension. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining Ghostdraft solutions to meet our clients' document generation and customer communication needs. You will work closely with business analysts and other developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality, efficient, and scalable solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of Ghostdraft functionalities, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment.

Responsibilities :

- Develop and configure Ghostdraft templates, components, and workflows.

- Implement business rules and logic within Ghostdraft solutions.

- Design and develop data mappings and integrations with external systems.

- Customize Ghostdraft functionalities to meet specific client requirements.

- Create and maintain document templates using Ghostdraft design tools.

- Ensure templates are visually appealing, accurate, and compliant with branding guidelines.

- Implement dynamic content and conditional logic within templates.

- Integrate Ghostdraft with various data sources, including databases, APIs, and file systems.

- Develop and maintain data mappings and transformations.

- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within generated documents.

- Develop and execute test plans for Ghostdraft solutions.

- Perform unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.

- Identify and resolve defects and issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.

- Communicate technical concepts clearly and concisely.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for Ghostdraft solutions.

- Provide technical support and training to end-users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.

Ghostdraft Expertise :

- 5 to 7 years of experience as a Ghostdraft Developer.

- Strong understanding of Ghostdraft functionalities and architecture.

- Hands-on experience in developing and configuring Ghostdraft templates and workflows.

Data Integration :

- Experience with data mapping and integration with external systems.

- Knowledge of database concepts and SQL.

Technical Skills :

- Proficiency in XML, JSON, and related technologies.

- Understanding of web services and APIs.

- Basic programming knowledge (e.g., JavaScript) is a plus.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
