About the Role :

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Scrum Master to join our team in Pune. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies, ensuring adherence to Agile principles, and driving continuous improvement within our data platform teams. You will act as a servant leader, empowering teams to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering a collaborative and productive environment. This position requires a strong background in data, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities :

- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

- Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and practices.

- Remove impediments and blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution.

- Coach and mentor team members on Agile and Scrum best practices.

- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and learning.

- Help teams to self-organize and become more effective.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and business analysts.

- Effectively communicate project progress and challenges.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment on priorities.

- Lead and manage projects related to data platforms.

- Understand data-related concepts and technologies.

- Expert in using JIRA and Confluence for project management and collaboration.

- Utilize SQL for data analysis and reporting.

- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

- Monitor and track team performance metrics.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Skills :

- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification is mandatory.

- 5-6 years of relevant experience as a Scrum Master.

- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.

- Experience working on data platform projects.

- Strong background in data analysis and related technologies.

- Expert in JIRA, Confluence, and SQL.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong influential and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to drive prioritization and navigate through challenges.
