job Description:
- We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Regional Business Manager to join our South Business Head's office. This role will be pivotal in collating and creating Management Information System (MIS) dashboards across multiple business lines, including mortgages, personal loans, two-wheeler financing, Farm Equipment finance and microloans.
- The successful candidate will leverage data analytics to drive efficiency improvements, enhance field staff productivity, and optimize branch-level metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
MIS Dashboard Development:
- Design and implement comprehensive MIS dashboards for various business lines to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).
Data Analytics:
- Conduct in-depth analytics to identify areas for efficiency improvement across business operations.
- Analyze trends in field staff productivity and branch performance, providing actionable insights.
Collections Monitoring:
- Oversee collections MIS and assess efficiencies, implementing strategies to improve collection rates.
- Monitor delinquency trends and suggest corrective measures.
Portfolio Monitoring:
- Track and analyze portfolio performance across all business lines, identifying risks and opportunities.
- Collaborate with regional teams to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
P&L Tracking:
- Monitor and analyze profit and loss statements across various business lines within the South mega zone.
- Provide reports and recommendations to optimize financial performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with operations, sales, and finance teams to align strategies and drive performance improvements.
- Act as a liaison between the South Business Head's office and regional teams to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business management, analytics, or MIS reporting, within the financial services industry.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data visualization tools and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
