Team Management & Leadership:
- Lead, coach, mentor, and motivate a team of Medical Representatives (MRs) to achieve individual and team objectives.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and development needs.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Set clear expectations, delegate responsibilities effectively, and hold team members accountable for results.
Distributor & Stockist Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and stockists within the assigned territory.
- Ensure timely product availability and efficient supply chain management.
- Negotiate contracts and manage pricing agreements.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.
Key Doctor Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key orthopedic doctors and healthcare professionals.
- Promote the company's orthopedic products and provide scientific information.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and other promotional activities.
- Identify and develop key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Market Analysis & Planning:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement territory-specific marketing plans.
- Participate in the development of national sales and marketing strategies.
Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market data.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
- ABM: 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably in the orthopedic segment.
Skills:
- Proven sales and team management skills.
- Strong distributor and doctor network within the assigned territory.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
