Job Title: Senior Manager Finance & MIS.

Reporting to: VP Controller (USA).
Job Summary:
- As the Senior Manager Finance & MIS, you will be responsible for managing the entire finance team supporting both India and US operations.
- You will oversee all financial operations, including financial analysis, metric creation, and ensuring financial accuracy.
- Your role will involve ensuring labour and statutory compliances in India, interacting with the company secretary and financial auditors, and managing banking operations.
- You will also handle India and USA payroll, accounts payable, and receivables management.
- The ideal candidate is a qualified Chartered Accountant with extensive experience in financial management, Sage Intacct, and a deep understanding of financial operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the finance team in India, supporting both India and US operations.
- Oversee and ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Develop and maintain financial metrics and KPIs.
- Ensure compliance with labour and statutory regulations in India.
- Collaborate with the company secretary and financial auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage banking operations, including cash management, India banking relationships, and reconciliations for both India and USA.
- Oversee payroll processing for both India and USA.
- Work closely with the Human Resource Department in both India and USA.
- Manage accounts payable and receivables, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to the VP Controller in USA.
- Assist in developing and installing metrics and analysis for the FP&A function, working closely with the VP of FP&A in the USA.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations.
Qualifications:.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
- Extensive experience in financial management, preferably in an IT custom services and SaaS products company.
- Expertise in Sage Intacct and financial analysis.
- Strong understanding of labour and statutory compliances in India.
- Experience in managing banking operations and payroll for India and the USA.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer Savvy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
