- We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Company Secretary to join our team at one of the leading NBFCs in Mumbai.
- The candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Board of Directors and ensuring compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the preparation and distribution of board meeting agendas, notices, and minutes.
- Maintaining statutory registers and records as required by law.
- Filing of necessary returns and forms with regulatory authorities such as MCA, SEBI, and RBI.
- Conducting legal research and providing advice on compliance-related matters.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual reports and other corporate documentation.
- Liaising with external legal and financial advisors as required.
- Keeping abreast of changes in regulations and laws that affect the company and ensuring compliance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 to 6 years of relevant experience as a Company Secretary.
- The candidate should have excellent IT skills and enthusiastic about taking up IT implementation projects independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of corporate laws, rules, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
