Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage attendance, leaves, bonus, and salary administration for employees.
  
• Coordinate recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to HR operations.
  
• Maintain accurate records of employee data and perform regular audits to ensure accuracy.
  
• Provide support in resolving employee grievances and conflicts.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in an HR role (Attendance Management, Leave Management, Salary Administration).
  
• B.A degree in Any Specialization; relevant certification preferred (e.g., MBA-HR).
  
• Understanding of bonus structures and leave policies.

• POSH Act Compliance

• Experience of organizing get together, games etc.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Other Information's

• 5 Days working, only day shift 9.30 ~ 5.30.
