Roles and Responsibilities

• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, referrals, and internal database.
  
• Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to filter out unsuitable applicants.
  
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Maintain salary structures, deductions, and tax calculations in compliance with labor laws.
• Handle Provident Fund (PF) calculations, deductions, contributions, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to statutory regulations such as ESI, TDS, Gratuity, and other employee benefits.
• Coordinate with finance and accounting teams for payroll-related reconciliations.
• Manage employee queries related to salary, PF withdrawals, and tax deductions.
• Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for payroll and statutory compliance.
• Stay updated with labor laws and government regulations related to payroll and PF.
• Assist in audits related to payroll, compliance, and employee benefits.
• Support HR functions such as leave management, employee onboarding, and exit formalities.
