Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage sales activities to achieve targets for institutional clients such as Banquets, hotels, restaurants, and cafes.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking within the industry.
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall satisfaction.
  
• Analyze sales data to optimize strategies and improve performance.
  
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to increase repeat business and referrals.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-8 years of experience in hospitality sales or horeca sales.
  
• Strong understanding of hotel operations, food packing, and beverage services.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
