Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from clients to resolve their queries and concerns.
  
• Make outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and close deals.
  
• Process customer orders, handle complaints, and provide excellent customer service.
  
• Meet daily targets set by the management for sales performance.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
