Role & responsibilities

• Onboarding & Employee Records
• Compliance & Payroll: Adherence to labour laws, process monthly payroll, benefits including ESIC, PF, and PT.
• Employee Engagement & Relations
• HR Analytics & Reporting
• HR Administration: Manage vendor , payments for services (courier, tea/coffee, water supply), coordinate ,hotel accommodations and meal arrangements for employees from other cities, and oversee office management tasks including asset management, stationery, office cleaning, and grocery management.
