Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the monthly payroll processing for 1000+ employees Manually, ensuring accurate calculations for attendance, leave, overtime, and allowances.
2. Issue various employee letters, including Appreciation, Absenteeism, Absconding, Warning, Suspension, Termination, and others as required.
3. Handle employee grievances, providing timely and effective resolutions to maintain a positive work environment.
4. Prepare and maintain Management Information System (MIS) reports, ensuring accurate and up-to-date tracking of payroll and HR-related metrics.
5. Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, interviewing candidates, and coordinating with hiring managers to meet staffing needs.
5. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support overall HR operations
