Senior Manager FP&A

JOB CONTEXT AND KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1. Prepare Monthly and Quarterly Revenue Analysis with key takeaways
2. Prepare Restaurant profitability for EBU and International Subsidiaries at Regional, Circle, Tier and product level (vs Budget vs Last year) and conduct internal and external benchmarking and propose the corrective actions as required and follow through to ensure complete closure
3. Monthly Analysis past results, perform Variance Analysis, identify trends and make recommendation for improvements
4. Prepare various monthly analysis (e.g. Restaurant Payback Analysis, Costs analysis and tracking of Key KPIs) and discuss with Regional teams for execution
5. Evaluate external opportunities under M&A
6. Benchmark and Implement best practices across QSR Industry and within JFL across all other lines of business
7. Evaluate and performance tracking of all business proposals and Offers
8. Performance & Incentive Measurement
9. Driving continuous improvement in process and partner in automation projects to improve ways of working

Qualification CA / MBA

Experience 8-10 experience in FP&A / Business Finance
