Policies are only for showoff, in reallity red tapism

Dislikes

No work culture, no family life at jubilant, long office hours, torture and harassment. HR plays no significant role in employees performance based appraisals, people are given priority basis buttering. SCM is worst place to work with, on top of QA is set under SCM leadership which is worst, contradictory and biased. Rest policies are very good, however implementation is very poor. 🙏

Jubilant Foodworks Ltd. is a good paymaster. The environment is very fast paced here.

With a changed top management in 2017, the company has lost its culture, it was known for and has become a pressure-cooker now. The people-management is no more at all here attributed to a dumb HR Department. The leadership team is terribly task-oriented with no flexibility or empathy towards employee. Continuous job threat is injected to employees at all levels. You can survive only, if you could synchronize well (anyhow) with your bosses.. otherwise average job-life will be 1-3 years max. Joining Jubilant Foodworks is advisable only if you want to use it as a stepping-stone in your career for shorter tenure.
