Roles and Responsibilities

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

• Generate comprehensive financial reports, collaborating with the finance team to clearly articulate financial trends.
• Provide insightful analysis to senior management across revenue, expenses, and headcount.

Strategic Guidance:

• Advise on strategic direction and provide valuable input on critical business and product decisions.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of annual/multi-year strategic and operating plans, quarterly forecasts, and monthly rolling outlooks, partnering with relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare analytical support for key management reviews, including business initiatives and performance assessments.
• Conduct ad-hoc analyses to proactively address emerging issues.
• Develop and maintain a robust headcount and compensation forecasting and tracking system.

Revenue Management:

• Oversee revenue management activities, including supporting revenue management engagements and forecasting
• Collaborate with controllers for accurate monthly financial closings.

Stakeholder Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and senior management to influence decisions and drive positive outcomes.

Autonomy & Expertise:

• Work independently with minimal supervision, exercising sound judgment and autonomy.
• Serve as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and team members.
