systems to enhance athlete development and competitive performance. In collaboration with CO-Analysis, we are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Analysis to lead our analysis department and drive a performance analysis strategy across multiple sports.

Job Description: Head of Analysis – Inspire Institute of Sport (IIS), India

Role Purpose: The Head of Analysis will oversee the entire IIS analysis department, managing performance and data analysts to deliver a cohesive performance analysis strategy. The successful candidate will collaborate with coaches, sports scientists, and multidisciplinary teams to provide actionable insights and support evidence-based decision-making across all sports.

Key Accountabilities:

Department Leadership: Manage and lead the performance and data analysis teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
Performance Analysis Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive performance analysis strategy across all sports, aligning with IIS and CO-analysis goals and objectives.
Insight and Reporting: Oversee the creation of detailed performance reports, video reviews, and data visualizations to provide actionable insights to coaches and athletes.
Technology and Innovation: Lead the implementation and management of performance analysis tools, Athlete Management Systems (AMS), and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
Collaboration: Work closely with coaches, sports scientists, strength and conditioning staff, and physiotherapists to integrate performance insights into athlete development programs.
Training and Development: Mentor and support analysts, providing guidance on best practices, tools, and technologies in performance analysis.
Continuous Improvement: Research and implement new technologies, methods, and analytical approaches to stay at the forefront of sports performance analysis.

Qualifications:

• A master's degree in sports science, performance analysis, data analytics, or a related field.\
• Additional certifications/accreditations in sports science, sports performance/data analytics or video analysis.

Knowledge & Experience:

• Proven experience leading an analysis team within a high-performance sports environment.
• Strong understanding of performance analysis techniques, data analytics, and sports science metrics.
• Experience with Performance Analysis (e.g. Dartfish), Athlete Management Systems (AMS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Experience collaborating with coaches and multidisciplinary teams to deliver performance insights.
