HR Operation Head

MANDATORY- KRAs and Key Activities

1. Enable and ensure payroll delivery for all employees across the JSW group

2. Follow the operational processes, procedures, checklists and SoPs as specified to perform the payroll activities

3. Drive Operational Excellence Framework and Transformation Plan in consultation with the GBS Head

4. Responsible for managing audits and closing the audit observations

5. Escalate deviations and non-compliance to Head GBS & Corporate HR Head

6. MIS and reporting as and when required by the management

7. Identify opportunities for improvement in processes and systems

8. Adopt digital solutions

9. Drive HRO Team to establish performance baselines, develop improvement plans and work with stakeholders for implementation

10. Drive Operational Performance Review, monitor and present performance of the GBS HRO Process as per agreed calendar

11. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve issues and escalate in a timely manner

12. Work with Corporate HR & Plant HR Heads to define, implement, monitor and review compliances and controls and ensure adherence to defined process

13. People management and drive people practices

14. Plan capacity and resource utilization to achieve organizational objectives

15. Develop robust succession planning, feedback, mentoring and coaching framework for HRO process to ensure sustained delivery model

16. Manage internal and external communication

Educational Background and Work Experience

• Master’s Degree
• Minimum 15 years of experience of leading Payroll and Retirals for a large conglomerate
