Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various roles in the real estate sector.
  • Stakeholder Management: Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and ensure a seamless hiring process.
  • Sourcing and Screening: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates. Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure candidates meet role requirements.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience from application through to onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Track and report key recruitment metrics and share regular updates with senior management. Maintain an up-to-date applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Employer Branding: Actively contribute to enhancing the companys employer brand by promoting a positive image of the organization in the market.
  • Industry Insight: Stay updated with the latest trends in the real estate industry to ensure sourcing and hiring methods are relevant and competitive.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6 to 7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the Real Estate industry.
  • Education: MBA in HR
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes
    • Proficient in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
    • Knowledge of real estate roles and job market trends
