Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile -

1. Professional Background

• Experience:
• 5-8 years of experience in IT recruitment, with a focus on the banking or financial services domain.
• Proven track record in hiring technical roles, especially related to banking applications, financial systems, or fintech.
• Educational Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree in Any Graduation, IT, Computer Science, HR, or related fields.
• A Masters degree in HR or IT specialization is a plus.

2. Technical Skills

• Recruitment Expertise:
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and job portals like LinkedIn, Naukri, or Indeed.
• Technical Understanding:
• Familiarity with IT roles like software developers, data analysts, cybersecurity experts, and DevOps engineers.

3. Soft Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise between IT professionals and management.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to identify suitable candidates under tight deadlines.
• Networking ability to build relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals.

5. Additional Preferred Qualities

• Ability to handle high-pressure hiring demands for niche roles in the banking domain.
• Experience with campus recruitment or bulk hiring for banking IT projects.
