Role & responsibilities:


Job Profile:

  • Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
  • Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner
  • Manage calendars, and diaries and set up meetings
  • Organize events, functions, celebrations, etc.
  • Make travel, accommodation & transportation arrangements, Visa processing
  • Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents, and reports.
  • Format information for internal and external communication memos, emails, presentations, reports
  • Take minutes during meetings
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Reading and analysing incoming and memos, submissions, and distributing them as needed.
  • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing all records database.
  • Organize and maintain the office filing system


Preferred candidate profile:


1. Administrative Skills


  • Calendar Management: Proficiency in scheduling and managing complex calendars, meetings, and appointments.
  • Travel Coordination: Expertise in arranging domestic and international travel, including visas, itineraries, and accommodations.
  • Documentation: Skilled in preparing, proofreading, and organizing reports, presentations, and correspondence.

2. Communication Skills


  • Verbal and Written Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly and professionally at all levels.
  • Stakeholder Interaction: Confidence in liaising with senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders.
