Job Description
- Gain understanding of Data Storage Risk, including data localization and data resiliency regulatory requirements, and work with location groups to define requirements, scope, and compliance parameters.
- Support end-to-end Program Management.
- Develop automation design and partner with relevant groups for implementation.
- Manage and resolve post-production issues.
- Engage with stakeholders, including Legal, Compliance, Technology Product & Control groups, Line of Business, and corporate functional chief data office teams.
- Develop and deliver training to relevant groups on Data Storage requirements.
- Perform monthly control procedure assessments.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in technology, operations, financial services, or similar fields.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of data risks, business or technology controls, resiliency, and identity and access management domains.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders of varying seniority levels.
- Effective change management skills and adaptability in a changing environment.
- Self-starter with the ability to work autonomously, multitask efficiently, and deliver high-quality results under pressure.
- Lateral thinking with the ability to articulate clearly across diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with developing or maintaining risk, program, or operational metrics.
- Familiarity with Tableau, visualization, or workflow automation tools.
- Familiarity with information asset resiliency definitions and product strategies.
