Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Navi Mumbai.

• Identify and source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.), career fairs, employee referrals, and recruitment agencies.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Shortlist candidates based on job requirements and forward the most promising profiles to the hiring managers.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panel's
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand the hiring needs and specific requirements of each role.
• Maintain records of candidate interactions, interviews, and hiring decisions.
• Ensure the interview process runs smoothly and that feedback is collected from all stakeholders involved.
• Promote the organization as an attractive employer through outreach, job fairs, and employer branding initiatives'.
