About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic AI/ML Engineer with 1-2 years of experience in building innovative AI solutions, particularly in Generative AI. Role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand their business requirements and deliver advanced AI solutions leveraging state-of-the-art frameworks and technologies.

The role involves expertise in prompt engineering, developing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and hands-on implementation using cutting-edge frameworks such as LangChain, Ragas, and Hugging Face. Also work on Microsoft Services to build AI chatbots.

A solid understanding of transformers, LLMs (such as GPT, LLaMA), and knowledge of cloud platforms (preferably Azure) is highly desirable.

Education: Bachelors in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Any AI Engineer or Cloud related Certifications is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities

• GenAI Product Development: Build RAG-based AI assistants leveraging LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, etc.) for various applications like chatbots, knowledge management, and personalized user experiences.
• Prompt Engineering: Design, test, and optimize prompts to fine-tune the behavior and output of LLMs for different business use cases.
• Generative AI Solutions: Develop generative AI models for text generation, summarization, and other creative applications using frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and Ragas.
• RAG Implementation: Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipelines integrating vector databases with generative models for improved accuracy and performance.
• Cloud Integration: Deploy AI/ML models on Azure services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services) and leverage cloud-native tools to scale AI solutions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and deliver impactful AI-driven solutions. Knowledge sharing on latest research.

Required Skills

• Core Skills:

○ Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.

○ Proficiency in working with LLMs like GPT, LLaMA, and transformers (BERT etc)

○ Strong understanding of the costs, latency, and performance considerations associated with LLM API calls

○ Hands-on experience with frameworks like LangChain, Hugging Face, and Ragas.

○ Expertise in designing and implementing RAG-based AI workflows.

○ Proficiency in Python scripting and AI/ML libraries like Django, Flask, Streamlit, Pandas, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.

• Cloud Skills:

○ Hands-on experience with Azure AI/ML services (Azure ML, Cognitive Services).

○ Basic knowledge of cloud computing, containerization (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines.

○ Microsoft Platform services to build AI chatbots.

• Other Skills:

○ Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities.

○ Effective communication skills to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

○ Attention to detail and a continuous learning mindset.

Good to Have

• Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools.
• Exposure to ethical AI principles and AI governance.
• Certifications in AI/ML or cloud technologies (e.g., Azure AI Engineer).
• Knowledge in vector database solutions like Pinecone, FAISS etc.
