Talent Acquisition Lead

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Executive to join our team at MSC. This role focuses heavily on recruitment while also contributing to employee engagement, compliance, and general HR administration. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in talent acquisition (Linkedin)& job portals , with a passion for fostering a positive workplace culture.

• Recruitment & Onboarding (Primary Focus)
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and final selection.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Conduct pre-employment checks and ensure timely preparation of offer letters.
• Employee Engagement & Relations
• Plan, design, and execute creative employee engagement initiatives to boost morale and collaboration.
• Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally.
• Actively promote diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
• HR Analytics & Reporting
• Prepare detailed reports on HR metrics, especially related to recruitment efficiency and turnover rates.
• Leverage data to identify trends and propose actionable improvements to HR strategies.
• General Administration
• Ensure accurate employee contract management and documentation compliance.
• Support in organizing corporate events, celebrations, and HR-driven initiatives.
• Maintain updated HR records in compliance with legal and organizational policies.
