About the Role:
An exciting opportunity for a seasoned B2B marketing professional to lead strategic marketing initiatives in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment. The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business expansion. The ideal candidate will bring 10-12 years of experience in B2B marketing, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business goals, covering brand awareness, demand generation, and revenue growth.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, content, digital, and event marketing) to attract and nurture high-quality leads.
- Brand Positioning & Management: Define and maintain a consistent brand identity, ensuring clear messaging and strong market positioning.
- Content & Digital Marketing: Oversee content strategy, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and digital marketing campaigns (SEO, paid ads, and social media).
- Event & Trade Show Marketing: Plan and execute participation in industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand presence and generate business opportunities.
- Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts, provide sales enablement materials, and support revenue targets.
- Performance Tracking & Analytics: Monitor key marketing metrics such as lead conversion, ROI, and campaign effectiveness, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Budget & Team Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensure efficient resource allocation, and lead a team of marketing professionals.
- Competitive & Industry Analysis: Keep track of industry trends and competitor strategies to refine marketing approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
What We're Looking For:
- MBA in Marketing with 10-12 years of B2B marketing experience, including at least three years leading a team.
- Experience in an MNC (Indian operations) or a large Indian company with sizeable turnover.
- Strong expertise in digital marketing tools, automation platforms, and CRM systems.
- A proven track record of successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business impact.
- Excellent leadership skills, with hands-on experience managing a marketing team.
- Ability to develop compelling content and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to track marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
