Role: Head of Marketing
Role Overview:
A leadership role for an experienced marketing professional with 12-15 years of expertise in branding, communication, and industry engagement. The position involves overseeing marketing strategies, enhancing brand presence at global and national levels, managing internal and external communications, and fostering relationships within the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Branding & Visibility:
- Strengthen brand presence at global and national exhibitions and events.
- Enhance branding efforts across offices and manufacturing locations (including signages, artwork, and displays).
- Collaborate with regional teams to effectively represent the business, products, and company.
- Develop high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, promotional videos, digital content, LinkedIn posts, and banners.
Internal & External Communication:
- Drive internal engagement and awareness initiatives.
- Organize internal innovation conferences and engagement activities.
- Manage social media presence, develop impactful presentations (PPTs), and oversee webinar hosting.
- Facilitate effective communication with external stakeholders, including customers and government bodies.
Event & Exhibition Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute company representation at global and national exhibitions.
Content Development & Thought Leadership:
- Write and publish articles focused on policy advocacy and industry trends.
Industry Associations & Networking:
- Actively participate in industry association meetings.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with industry bodies.
What We're Looking For:
- Postgraduate degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or an MBA.
- 10-15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and branding.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage with internal teams, external stakeholders, and industry associations effectively.
