AGM/DGM - Digitization - Manufacturing (10-15 yrs)

Position Overview

Role will lead various plants digital initiatives, drive automation, efficiency, and innovation, optimizing plant operations and supporting digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

o Develop and execute a digital strategy and roadmap for adopting Industry 4.0 technologies like IIoT, automation, and AI to enhance operations.

o Lead the integration of DCS, PLCs, and IoT sensors for real-time plant monitoring and control.

o Design and implement a unified data architecture to consolidate production, inventory, and maintenance data for better operations

o Strong Technical knowledge of AI, ML, automation, and analytics, with hands-on experience applying AI/ML for predictive analytics and operational optimization in manufacturing.

o Deploy analytics, dashboards, and tools for predictive maintenance, anomaly detection, and performance optimization.

o Implement advanced technologies like digital twins, AI/ML, and autonomous systems to boost automation, efficiency, and sustainability. Collaborate with R&D to improve sugar recovery, reduce losses, and drive innovation for a future-ready manufacturing operation.

o Lead a team of digital experts to drive plant transformation, design training programs to enhance digital skills, and collaborate with leaders and IT to ensure successful adoption of digital technologies

o Achieve cost reduction, improved recovery rates, energy efficiency, and equipment performance through digital interventions. Integrate BI tools, historian systems, and SAP for unified reporting, reduce downtime with predictive maintenance, drive high employee adoption, and ensure ROI on digital initiatives

Educational Background:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Electronics, or a related field.

Experience:

- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing digitization, digital transformation, industry 4.0, IIot.
