AGM/DGM - PMO - Real Estate (10-14 yrs)

Position: AGM/DGM - PMO.

Location: Gurgaon (Central Office).

Qualification: BE/B.Tech (Civil)| NICMAR/RICS/MBA Project Management will added advantages.

Experience: 10+ Years.

CTC: Very Good.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Projects:

- Preparation, Tracking, Monitoring & Rescheduling of Baseline.

- Preparation of Activity Progress Vectors for Management review.

- Preparation & monitoring of Design, Contracts & Procurement trackers.

- Arrange Site co-ordination meetings with Project stakeholders to highlight & action on deliverables.

- Arrange Vendor Kickoff meetings and prepare & monitor vendor schedules in line with Baseline Programme.

- Prepare "PRM" (Project Review Meeting) presentation for Management Project Review.

- Prepare Project Cash-flow & S Curve for the Financial year and track the monthly expenditure against planned monthly cash-flow.

- Write Contractual letters to vendors for delay due to non-performance/ mitigation action plan referring to contractual conditions.

- Prepare & maintain Contractual Risks for the Project and highlight to management.

- Preparation & follow up for Risk Matrix/ Pending points with all stakeholders.

- Preparation of report for MD review.

- Prepare mitigated cash-flow during financial year as per management requirement.

- Prepare & maintain delay analysis, RFI logs.

- Co-ordination & followup with HO Design, Contracts & Procurement, Liaison teams for planned & onsite raised deliverables.

- Preparation, Tracking & Projections for Sales milestones planned for the Project life-cycle.

Pre-Construction Projects:

- Co-ordinate with all stakeholders across the Organisation (includes Design, Liaison, Business Development, Product Development, Contracts teams) to push the respective deliverables to kick off Construction phase through Pre-con trackers.

- Prepare Level 1 Programme as per design intent.

- Prepare Cash-flow & develop S Curve based on Level 1 Programme & Project Budget for Management review.

- Preparation of site logistic plans & Design flow for Management review.
