Role : Chief Technology Officer
Role Overview:
The Chief Technology and Data Officer (CTDO) will drive the technological evolution of the organization, aligning systems and processes with strategic goals. This leader will champion innovation, optimize digital capabilities, and establish a data-driven culture to ensure operational excellence and exceptional customer experiences in the financial services domain.
Core Responsibilities:
Strategic Technology Leadership:
- Define and execute a comprehensive technology vision that aligns with organizational objectives and market dynamics.
- Develop scalable, secure, and high-performing technology frameworks to meet the demands of a rapidly expanding user base.
Digital Transformation:
- Lead the organization's digital transformation journey by integrating cutting-edge technologies to enhance customer engagement and streamline internal operations.
- Oversee the modernization of digital platforms, ensuring seamless, intuitive, and efficient user interactions.
Data Innovation and Analytics:
- Build a robust data infrastructure to support advanced analytics and reporting capabilities.
- Drive the adoption of AI and machine learning solutions to enable predictive analytics and informed decision-making.
Technology Infrastructure and Security:
- Establish and maintain a resilient IT infrastructure designed to minimize risks and maximize performance.
- Implement robust cybersecurity measures and compliance frameworks to safeguard data and systems.
Team and Vendor Management:
- Cultivate and lead a high-performing technology team with a culture of innovation and collaboration.
- Foster strong partnerships with leading technology vendors to stay ahead of industry advancements.
User Experience Enhancement:
- Oversee the design and optimization of digital interfaces, such as websites and mobile applications, ensuring superior user experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; an MBA from a recognized institution is highly desirable.
- Over 15 years of leadership experience in technology roles within financial institutions, such as banking, fintech, or NBFCs.
