We believe in empowering our employees to thrive, and as such, youll have the chance to strengthen and advance your career while contributing to JLLs mission of creating spaces, buildings, and cities where everyone can flourish.What your day-to-day will look like: Develop and implement transportation strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs Manage and coordinate the movement of goods, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with regulations Analyze transportation data to identify trends and areas for improvement Negotiate contracts with carriers and vendors to secure optimal rates and services Oversee fleet management, including maintenance schedules and vehicle replacement planning Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align transportation needs with overall business objectives Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all transportation activitiesRequired Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in transportation management or logistics Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and industry best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in transportation management systems and Microsoft Office Suite Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teamsPreferred Qualifications: Masters degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration Professional certifications such as CSCMP or APICS Experience with international shipping and customs procedures Knowledge of sustainability practices in transportation and logistics Familiarity with real estate or facilities management industries Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced analytics software Multilingual capabilitiesAt JLL, we support each others wellbeing and champion inclusivity and belonging across teams.
