Job Description for Facilities Executive - Soft Services:

Position Title: Facilities Executive - Soft Services
Role Category: Facilities Services/Facilities Support/Workplace Experience
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee soft services within the facility, including scheduling, purchasing, inventory management, service contracts, and purchase orders.
- Provide general administrative support in facility operations, ensuring smooth workflow and efficiency.
- Act as a point of contact for facilities-related issues and liaise with service providers to maintain a high standard of services.
- Manage facilities supplies, handle correspondence, and maintain files and calendars.
- Utilize business software for administrative tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Assist in coordinating office activities, handling calls and visitors, and supporting overall office management.
- Potentially involved in arranging travel, coordinating meetings, and tracking expenses.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities management or related administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in using business software and office tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Reporting Line: The Facilities Executive - Soft Services may report to the Facilities Manager or Assistant Facilities Manager within the Facilities Management team.
