Job Description

Maintaining of daily reports, logbooks, daily, weekly Monthly checklist/Report. Reports to be submitted to Samsung Representative on daily basis on Weekdays.

Incident reporting : Critical Incidents - Preliminary written Report to be submitted within 4 Hrs and Final Report with RCA within 24 hrs.

Non Critical Incidents - Written Report to be submitted within 24 Hrs

Submission of IFMS Invoice with delivery challans and all Statutory Supportings for all services.

Vendor to adhere to all Statutory compliances.

Ensure Minimum 95% Attendance of Soft Technical Services manpower at site

Ensure to have police Background verifications with all statutory documents at hand for all 3rd Party Manpower deployed at site

Ensure trainings are imparted to ground staff as per agreed calendar. Performance evaluation of staff to be done twice a year

Carry out Equipment health check up on regular basis and ensure that PPM schedule is adhered to, to ensure 99.99% uptime of all critical equipment

Availibility of tools, Tools to be in working condition, use of caliberated tools

Consumption tracker/ Inventory register Digital Record on E-Fit tool

Daily Reports/e-Fit Dashboard, Monthly review

Prepare, maintain and update Emergency Response Plan.

Constitute Emergency Response Team and conduct trainings for as per schedule.

Active participation in the conduct of Evacuation drills.

Set up HSE procedures and best practices.

Monitor adherance to established HSE procedures.

Conduct periodic HSE audits as per given schedule and share Audit report.

Status of all the tickets logged, Whether the SLA TAT breached or not. Dashboard uptime. Action on Ticket to have proper remarks.

Checklists/Logs to be filled as per defined schedule.
