Job overview: As the Global Marketing Data Analyst Senior Manager, your primary focus will be analy z ing marketing contact and account data to extract insights and trends that can drive data improvements and strategic decision making. You will create reports identifying gaps in the data, interpret the data utilizing tools and automation to make continuous improvements and work cross collaboratively with key stakeholders to align marketing data initiatives with wider business goals.

Create dashboards and reports to identify improvements of marketing data and impact on marketing activities.

Identify data improvements that will have the greatest impact on marketing strategy and implement robust and automated p rocesses in conjunction with the data quality analysts to improve , monitor and report on impact .

Amplify the work of the Audience Intelligence team to identify look-a-like audiences and assign new data labels at scale e.g., buying groups .

Translate complex data insights into actionable marketing strategies for teams to understand and utilize in their campaigns and initiatives .

Explore AI tools to help with the automation and scale of data completion and predictive modelling.

Identify business data trends that could have a favorable impact , improving data where necessary and wo rking with key stakeholders to implement data trend within marketing activities.

Work across platforms with key stakeholders to understand the impact of duplications and data inconsistencies, providing analysis and recommendations to help develop strategies and processes.

Identify and report on the effective use of marketing data in marketing initiatives , providing recommendations o n how to better utilize the data.

Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of marketing data, maintaining data quality standards .

Extract, clean, and integrate data from disparate data sources.

Act as team lead , prioritizing tasks and developing projects for the data ana lysts within our Center of Excellence .

Qualifications

10 + years of work experience in marketing analytics or operations analytics

Bachelors degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Analytics, Econometrics or Data Science and Information Management or real-word experience equivalent.

2+ years of non-analytics marketing experience

E xperience in descriptive, prescriptive, and predictive analytics.

2 + years of strong programming experience with SQL, Python, R or other data mining and analysis tools.

Ability to quickly understand, process and consume industrial scale databases using one of these tools.

Experience in handling source systems and the ability to adapt your knowledge to new tools and systems. Understanding of our current stack (Microsoft Azure, Databricks) is a plus.

2 + years of experience developing insights and dashboards using a BI tool such as Power BI or Tableau.

Advanced skills using Excel and PowerPoint.

Effective written and verbal communication skills, including technical writing to work with multiple cross- functional teams.
