Facility Manager Technical

Mian Responsibilities: Planning and Coordination: Facilities engineers are responsible for planning, implementing, and maintaining the infrastructure and equipment of buildings and facilities. They perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use, and safety processes, and recommend and implement improvements. Equipment and Supplies Maintenance: o Manage the upkeep of equipment and supplies to meet health and safety standards. o Regularly inspect buildings structures. Cost Management and Efficiency: o Review utilities consumption and strive to minimize costs. o Allocate office space efficiently based on organizational needs. Staff Supervision and External Contractors: o Supervise facilities staff (custodians, technicians, groundskeepers, etc.) and external contractors. o Control activities such as parking space allocation, waste disposal, and building security. Financial and Administrative Tasks: o Handle insurance plans and service contracts. o Maintain financial and non-financial records. o Perform analysis and forecasting. Requirements and Skills: o Proven experience as a facilities manager or in a relevant position. o Well-versed in technical/engineering operations and facilities management best practices. o Knowledge of basic accounting and finance principles. o Excellent verbal and written communication skills. o Strong organizational and leadership abilities. o Good analytical and critical thinking skills. o Bachelor s degree (BE or Diploma) in facility management, engineering, business administration, or a relevant field.
