The Incumbent will be responsible for-
Develop & Implement Strategies in providing Solution to Entire Gamut of HR / IR / L & D / Admin / Performance & Talent for Battery Business and achieve Business Efficiency / Results in line with Group policy.
Develop and implement Human Resources strategies & recommending strategic thinking and establishing business HR objectives in line with organizational objectives.
- Monitoring of On Roll & Off Roll data to understand the Employee Category wise trends.
- Support and assist top leadership by providing human resources advice, counsel and enable decision making by analyzing information and data present at his/her disposal for decision making.
- Support strategic business growth planning by driving the HR agenda on the management committee and ensure external best practices are implemented within the Business Unit.
- Develop HR operations strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; aligning monetary resources; developing action plans; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.
- Provide strategic and operational leadership in the design, development, implementation, administration and communication in the fields of Talent Management.
- Succession Planning: Designing effective programs in consultation with HR COE for the workforce retention, promotion & succession planning with a focus drive on career management.
- Ensure a continuously evolving organization in terms of skills, capability, performance and motivation to achieve the strategic goals of the company.
- Managing the talent development process across the group by understanding the emerging capability requirements of the organization, current talent pipeline, skill gaps, training requirements, and strengthening the talent pool by inducting new talent.
- Ensure succession planning to fill potential positions through internal talent.
- Candidates should have experience in the Automobile, Electric Vehicle, Battery, or Electronics industries.
