Job Description: Manager Human Resources (HR)

Position Overview

The Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing and overseeing all HR functions at our manufacturing unit located in MIDC Ranjangaon, Pune. This role reports to the Finance Head and involves working closely with cross-functional teams to drive HR initiatives, promote corporate values, and shape a positive work culture.

Basic Requirements

Educational Qualification:

  • Graduate in any discipline (MBA HR/MPM, SHRM Certification, or equivalent preferred).

Age:

  • 32 to 40 years.

Experience:

  • 12 to 15 years in HR within manufacturing industries (MNC experience preferred).

Location:

  • MIDC Ranjangaon, Pune.

Designation:

  • Manager HR.

Reporting to:

  • Head – Finance and Controlling

Key Roles and Responsibilities

    • Conduct talent reviews and manage performance as per plans.
    • Develop and execute action plans for succession planning.
    • Report to management and provide decision support through HR & Skill metrics.
    • Develop manpower strategies and oversee hiring processes.
    • Design and implement retention and employee growth plans / succession plans.
    • Plan and execute employee engagement activities and surveys.
    • Build and transform company culture, aligning it with corporate values.
    • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
    • Prepare and review HR policies.
    • Ensure compliance with labor laws and represent the organization in related matters.
    • Develop and manage compensation strategies and annual operating plans.
    • Identify training needs and develop relevant training modules.
    • Handle grievances and disciplinary actions effectively.
    • Promote smooth human relations and resolve conflicts positively.
    • Manage wage negotiations.
    • Plan and execute corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities.
    • Manage HR systems, databases, and software ,SAP.
    • Oversee administrative functions and workplace discipline.
    • Managing KRA for all the departments.
    • Oversee the appointment, appraisal, and termination processes for employees.
    • Oversee payroll / incentive processing and ensure accurate attendance tracking.
    • Maintain relationships with government and semi-government bodies regarding labor law compliance.
    • Take necessary actions, including stopping work, in case of non-compliance with safety standards.
    • Develop, monitor, and manage the HR budget, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Develop and build a better brand image to attract quality talent and ensure hiring within assigned timelines.

  • Working experience with CRM, HR related software & SAP knowledge

  • Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with all aspects of HR practices, policies, and processes.

Language Proficiency

  • English (Must).
  • Hindi and Marathi (Preferred).
