Assistant Manager - Human Resources (Plant HR)

Role & responsibilities

• Deliver the HXp support to the business to achieve the strategic objectives set out in the business goal sheet
• Plan and review the workforce plan for the talent pipeline requirements in line with the function or business strategy
• Manage key business performance targets and their related talent implications with business leaders.
• Ensure and manage compliance and employee welfare to make the workplace environment conducive to work
• Plan and implement Employee Engagement initiatives across regions to create an engaged workforce
• Knowledge of Best HR Practices across Sector
• Knowledge of Talent Acquisition and Retention strategies
• Knowledge of Employee Relations & Statutory Compliances
• Knowledge of Labour Laws
• Knowledge of Performance Management System
• Knowledge of Employee Engagement Initiatives
