n1. Plan, schedule, and supervise all functions within the Human Resources Department
2. Assure compliance with company policies,contract provisions, and government regulations and laws concerning human resources matters
3. Prepare & interpret instructions, personnel policies, and contracts.
4. Conduct wage, salary, and benefit surveys to assure competitiveness in the area
5. Counsel department managers and supervisors on matters of discipline and conflict resolution
6. Conduct employee counseling, as required
7. Ensure training programs are in place to address the training needs of employees
8. Coordinate programs to address absenteeism and turnover
9. Ensure safety programs are in place to minimize injuries
10. Administer policies and procedures relating to all functions
11. Coordinate the salary review plan
12. Meeting with departmental representatives to discuss HR issues & further resolution
13. Assisting departments with their recruitment needs through liaison with agencies/ advertisers
14. Coordinating prospective candidates, interviewing them and administering offers
15. Conducting inductions of new staff
16. Participating in the collection of market salary information for the annual review
17. Making & managing monthly payroll
18. Responsible for implementation of HR policies and procedures in plant.
19. Inputs to build strong HRIS & HRM system
20. Identify inefficient personnel and reallocate them with productive resources.
21. Establishing duty rosters for all employees to optimize Sunday workflow.
22. Develop Backup for each employee.
23. Ensure the presence of skilled labor across all functions/departments.
24. Managing Petty cash & in the coordination with accounts head.
25. Managing Security, Administration & housekeeping personnel.
Study of local labor laws and further managing compliance accordingly & handling grievances.
