Shall have exposure to work as a part of Contract management function in mid/large corporate.
Shall have excellent understanding on commercial and other contractual terms.
Shall have contract drafting skill to take care of appropriate commercial and financial clauses.
This position will be part of Project Committee to play a key role on behalf of finance function.
To analysis, negotiation, and management of financial terms and conditions in contracts/agreements to ensure that they are fair, reasonable, and aligned with the organization's financial goals and objectives.
Reviewing and analyzing Tender/Contract/agreement to identify financial risks, opportunities, and implications.
To analyze the project's costs and benefits to ensure it is financially viable. Prepare & share inputs for financial models and forecasts to evaluate the financial impact of contracts and commercial agreements.
Ensuring that contracts and commercial agreements comply with relevant tax and accounting regulatory. Review the financial terms and conditions of the agreement, including pricing, payment terms, and any financial obligations. Analyze the financial implications of the agreement, including the potential impact on revenue, cost/expenses, and cash flow.
To play a key role during commercial negotiations with counter parties as a part of CFT. Negotiate commercial & contract terms and conditions with vendors, suppliers, or partners.
Draft and review contracts/agreements to ensure to meet business requirements and comply with relevant laws and regulations. Obtain approvals from relevant stakeholders before executing contracts.
Manage contract/agreement changes, including amendments, renewals, and terminations.
Identify key financial milestones and ensure they are aligned with the project timeline.
Monitor and track project expenses to ensure they are within budget. Regularly analyze the project's financial performance to identify areas for improvement.
Establish financial controls to prevent cost overruns and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Recommend changes to the agreement if necessary, to ensure that the financial terms and conditions are aligned with the organization's financial goals and objectives.
Review financial documents/communications/reports/data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and transparency.
Manage stakeholder expectations regarding financial performance and compliance.
ensure that all financial aspects of the project are properly documented and recorded.
Assist Project team by extending support on behalf of finance function.
Drafting of Pre-bid queries, discussion, negotiation and its finalization.
Ensure proper & timely compliance of finance documents as per the requirement of banking /finance department.
