Key skills for the job

3. Supplier Quality Management:Collaborate with suppliers to establish and maintain quality standards for incoming materials. Conduct supplier audits and manage corrective action plans to address defects.
4 Customer Focus: Address customer complaints and warranty claims by investigating issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions. Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality products and services.
5.Documentation and Compliance:Prepare and maintain quality-related documentation, including inspection reports, control plans, and standard operating procedures.Ensure compliance with automotive standards, regulations, and customer requirements.
6.Team Collaboration: Work closely with design, production, and manufacturing teams to ensure quality objectives are integrated into processes. Provide training to employees on quality standards and procedures.
