Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role & responsibilities

Project Support:Assisting senior engineers in project planning, design, development, and execution by performing calculations, reading diagrams, and gathering data.

Technical Training:Participating in company-provided training programs to gain knowledge of specific engineering principles, software applications, and industry standards.

Data Analysis:Collecting, analyzing, and interpreting engineering data to identify trends and inform decision-making.

Design and Documentation:Reading basic designs, drafting technical drawings, and documenting project details in reports and presentations.

Production Support:Assisting in manufacturing processes by monitoring equipment, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring quality control.

Compiling & Maintaining Reports:Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance and operation reports.

Preferred candidate profile

B.Tech- (Mechanical, Electrical, Tool & Design) 0 to 1 Year of experience Diploma ( Mechanical, production related) 0 to 1 Year of experience

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, etc.)
• Strong understanding of engineering principles and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
