SAP PS

The Incumbent will be responsible for-

Job Purpose-

Analyze business requirement and Confer timely solution to business users for seamless functioning of ERP by way of facilitate in deployment of automation/ improvement in existing processes and train users of ERP to maximize values of technology in business.

Accountabilities-

'Facilitate SAP deployment in New Plants & Companies for seamless business functioning, Controlling and to create the uniform platform for JBM Group.-

- Understand the business flow with end user.

- Identify the GAP with existing processes.

- Do the configuration and customization.

- Simulation and fine tuning of newly configured processes.

- Organize Training

- Go live, hand holding & support.

To establish improvement initiations in existing processes / new processes for seamless business functioning-

- Identification of business need.

- Prepare Functional specification document and user manual.

- Provide walk-through of requirements to Internal / External agency.

- Testing and hand-holding to users.

Organize day to day support in existing processes for seamless business functioning-

-Allocate and Monitor day to day support activity through online call log system.

- Support subordinates for critical issues.

- Training to subordinates.

- Escalation and liaison with external support for unresolved issues.

- User role Management

Monitor, Review and Analyse routine data exchange of various applications for seamless business functioning-

- Validate data exchange with real time data as per checklist and validate MIS.

Skills and capabilities required to execute the role-

- Knowledge of the Configuration of SAP PS.

- Understanding of Integration across different SAP modules.

- Understanding of business processes i.e. Planning to Control, Procure to Pay, Project Monitoring and Control, Manufacture to Deliver & Asset Lifecycle Management.

- Experience in developing systems requirements, testing, training, implementing, and empirical business solutions.
