If machine sensors are not working and production is very important, what would you do?

I would immediately inform the maintenance team and try to find a temporary solution to keep production going.

* I will check that problem can be resolve myself if not then inform to maintanance & stop the machine.

2ndly shift production to another machine as per contingency plan & feed the line.

Machine abnormality .... Stop, call, wait

1. Stop the machine

2. Inform to maintenance team

3.wait for machine sensor correct

4. Production start after machine sensor is rectified

To currect the current issue as soon as possible and start the production as regular.

To intimate maintenance team for  correct the problem.

1st make correction  in machine and then starts the production
