Front Office Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
• Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications promptly and courteously.
• Maintain office cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and packages.
• Maintain and update the office directory and contact lists.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
• Ensure that all visitors sign in and out of the office and adhere to security protocols.
• Provide support to senior management and other departments as needed.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience in a corporate or business office environment.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment (e.g., printers, fax machines).
