Front Office Executive

Urgently looking for Front Office Executive for Multiple location in Bangalore.

• Brigade metropolis - Garudacharpalya.
• Coral - Mahadevpura.
• Garnet - BTP , Garucharpalya, Mahadevpura.
• RMZ Infinity - Benniganahalli .
• Kalyani Magnum - JP Nagar.

1. Keep the front desk tidy and presentable with all necessary materials (pens, forms, paper etc.)
2. Welcoming guests in a friendly and professional way
3. Addressing and escalating customer complaints
4. Providing information about facilities, programs, and other services
5. Answer questions and address complaints
6. Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages.
7. Receive letters, packages, etc., and distribute them.
8. Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels, etc.
9. Check, sort, and forward emails.
10. Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
11. Keep updated records and files.
12. Monitor office expenses and costs.
13. Take up other duties as assigned. Like, as food court coordination, gym room coordination, etc..
