• Candidate should have experience in HR Operations
• Should have knowledge and experience on Compliance including preparing compliance documents
• Knowledge on statutory compliance, labor laws
• Should have experience in handling employee grievances
• Should have experience in handling regional role and exposure towards blue collard employee
• Candidates from Facility management industry are highly preferred
• Should be able to meet client's expectation
