Transport Executive

Roles & Responsibilities :

Transport Operations:

Monitoring/verify transport Rosters

Monitoring the daily transport operations in all aspects (OTA ,OTD, Vehicle shortage, any Incidents )

Preparing Female safe reach Confirmation ,Day/weekly & Monthly. ( Female employees Travelling after 8pm drop)

Preparing No Show Report ( Day/weekly & Monthly)

Check quality and compliance of Vehicle, Driver, etc.

Scrutinize trip Sheets and prepare daily billings,

Prepare transport usage summary.

MIS on usage, billing etc. team wise location wise.

Coordinate with vendor for vehicle availability.

Daily analysis of tipsheets

On time Deployment of vehicles to ensure maximum OTA & OTD is achieved as per the transport SLA

Track and report of noncompliance of vehicle arrival, departure, employee pick up, drop, non-availability of Vehicle

Manage and address Employee and Business Unit escalation

Transport - Maintain rosters for all shifts. Coordinate & resolve all related issues

Daily tracking on the performance of the vendor and ensure the portal is updated on a timely basis specific to the reportees.

Reporting:

Daily/Weekly/Monthly reports with PPT.

Contribute to the Monthly Management Report to client and other reports as required.

Vendor Management:

Continually review the operational arrangements and controls to maximize the efficiency levels and targets utilized as SLA

To conduct frequent meetings with the vendors to ensure the SLA is met

Proactively plan for the transport operations during festival or BCP situations

Random check on the Statutory / regulatory / Cognizant specific compliances like 6-digit ID scrutiny, background check, maintenance of back-up documents etc.
