Job Description

Hiring for Retail-HRBP



Educational Qualification : Any Post Graduate

Experience : 4-6 Years

Location: Kurla, Maharashtra


Role & Responsibilities :


1.Strategic HR Partnership:

Work closely with Brand Business Heads and Brand Operation Leads to strategize people requirements.

Develop and implement national HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy for retail.

2.Manpower Planning and Efficiency:

Lead national talent acquisition processes specifically for Store Managers.

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract and retain Store Managers.

Oversee manpower planning to optimize productivity, efficiency, and cost.

3.Store Manager Availability:

Manage the availability of Showroom Managers through internal promotions and external recruitment.

Develop strategies to ensure a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for Store Manager positions.

4.Employee Relations and Grievance Handling:

Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues effectively and efficiently.

Conduct thorough and objective investigations into grievances.

5.Manning Models:

Implement various manning models to meet business needs.

Continuously review and optimize staffing models for maximum efficiency.

6.Team Management:

Provide proper guidance and periodic reviews to team members.

Lead the HR team from the front, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

7.Travel:

Travel as necessary to meet with regional teams, assess local HR needs, and ensure consistent implementation of HR strategies across all locations.

8.HR Metrics and Reporting:

Manage and present HR metrics to the Head HR Operations.

Analyze HR data to identify trends and develop solutions to improve performance, retention, and employee satisfaction.

9.Employee Engagement:

Create an engaged workforce through various initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and productivity.

Implement programs and activities that promote a positive work environment and company culture.
