Assistant Manager - HR (Female)

Job Description

A. HR Operations:

• HR Process Management: Execution of HR processes, such as employee on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, attendance tracking, issuance of letters, etc.
• Grievance handling and disposal of the same with appropriate action.
• Handling payroll and compliance (PF, ESI, LWF, Gratuity, etc.).
• Processing full & final settlements within timelines (recoveries, gratuity pay-outs etc.).
• Managing background verification checks by following set processes (if required).
• Drafting new policies from time to time and making amendments in existing policies and getting them vetted and approved. Ensure adherence to established policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• HR Systems and Technology: Manage HR systems and technology platforms used for data management, reporting, and process automation.
• Employee Records and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation (online/offline), ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Manage employee data privacy and confidentiality.
• Implementing & driving various HR initiatives, support employee engagement programs and assist in internal communication efforts.
• Monitoring and analysing HR metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of HR programs and identify areas for improvement.
• Assist in execution of performance management process, rewards and recognition programs and compensation and benefits administration.
• Identify training needs for teams and individuals and evaluate training programs with close collaboration with the business and the learning teams.

Recruitment:

• Assist in sourcing suitable candidates from various sources.
• Coordination with the candidate/s and interview panel for scheduling interviews.
• Assist in recruitment drives.
