Role & responsibilities

1.Responsible for Acquiring of Commercial Properties and Shops for Retail Stores2. Finalizing new Properties and Renewals of Existing documents

2.Responsible for looking after Letter of Intent(LOI) and Documentation.

3.Candidate should have good work management skills.

4.Franchise and Leasing experience is pivotal

5.Candidate should have good work management skills.

6. Responsible for Franchising and Leasing of properties        

7. Responsible to look after Agreement Renewals, Rent Escalations.       

8. Networking with New Brockers, Reviewing Letter of Intents       

 9. Liasioning with External Agencies, Strategic Planning 

Skills Required : 

1. 1.Strong communication skills.
2. 2.Should have strong negotiation and Coordination skills.
3. 3.Computer skill Advance Word, Excel & Power point presentation.
